摘要
目的 研究用 4 0 0 0cGy高能电子线一次照射的大白鼠坐骨神经离体节段 (10 .0mm)原位再植后神经再生的可能性。方法 用 31只Wistar雌性大白鼠 ,1只大白鼠坐骨神经放射线照射后即行光镜、电镜观察 ;余 30只随机分成A组 (单纯手术组 )、B组 (放射手术组 )和C组 (正常对照组 ) ,A、B组经过术后 7、14、2 1、2 8、35、4 2、4 9、5 6、6 3和70天 ,C组饲养 1周 ,测定其坐骨神经功能恢复指标 (SFI)、电生理指标 ,进行组织学观察和计量分析。结果 4 0 0 0cGy放射线严重损伤神经组织。A、B两组光镜下和大体所见无明显差异 ,均于术后 8~ 9周呈现神经再生 ,轴索形态良好 ,功能有一定程度恢复 ;两组计量资料比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .10 ) ,除SFI外各项指标均于术后一段时间达到C组均值水平。结论 经 4 0 0 0cGy高能电子线一次照射
Objective To study the possibility of the regeneration of the sciatic nerves of the Wistar rats,which were replanted in situ after radiated by once 4 000cGy of high energy electronic line. Methods Thirty female Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups randomly, including A group(simple replantation ),B group (replantation after irradiation), and C group(without any treatment).The restored index of the sciatic nerve, electrophysiologic index were observed.The histological observation, measuring analysis were carried out.Results Large dose of radiation seriously injured the nerve tissue. In 8~9 weeks after the operation the rege nerating axon of A and B groups shaped well and the function of the whole nerve recovered in some degree, there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P >0.10), each index reached the average level of the C group sometime after the operation except SFI.Conclusion The replantation of the sciatic nerves of the Wistar rats in situ after radiated by a large dose of radiation once with high energy electronic line 4 000cGy does not hinder the rate and quality of the nerve regeneration.
