糖痹汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Clinical Observation of “Tangbi Decoction” for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

为探讨自拟中药糖痹汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。将 86例患者随机分为治疗组 ( 5 6例 )和西药常规治疗对照组 ( 3 0例 ) ,疗程 60天。观察治疗前后症状、神经传导速度、血脂、血液流变学检查等变化情况。结果 :治疗组总有效率 80 3 6% ,对照组总有效率 60 0 0 % (P <0 0 5 )。

To explore the clinical efficacy of “Tangbi Decoction” in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,86 cases were randomized into treatment group in which 56 cases were treated with this Decoction and control group in which 30 cases were treated with routine western medicines.60 days make up one course of treatment.The clinical symptoms,nerve conduction velocity,blood-lipid and blood rheology were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 80.36% in treatment group and 60.00% in control group.
