烫疮油治疗火器伤伤口临床疗效观察

为观察中药烫疮油治疗火器伤伤口的临床疗效 ,将 2 2 7例火器伤患者分成两组 ,治疗组115例患者伤口用烫疮油纱布条填塞治疗 ,对照组 112例患者伤口采用庆大霉素加 0 .9%生理盐水纱布条填塞治疗 ,并将患者受伤时间按 6小时内、6～ 12小时、12小时以上 ,分别观察其疗效。结果 :受伤时间在 6小时内的两组 ,治疗结果差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;受伤时间在 6～ 12小时以及 12小时以上的两组 ,治疗结果差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组伤口平均愈合时间分别少于对照组 6.2天、7.

To observe the clinical efficacy of “Scalding Ointment”,a herbal compound,in the treatment of firearm wound,227 cases were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 115 cases were treated with “Scalding Ointment” and control group in which 112 cases were treated with gauze dressing with Gentamicin and 0.9% normal saline;and the clinical efficacy was respectively observed according to the scalding duration within 6 hours,6～12 hours and over 12 hours.Results:Within 6 hours,the clinical efficacy was similar in the two groups;between 6～12 hours and over 12 hours,the clinical efficacy was better in treatment group than in control group,P<0.05;the healing time on average was 6.2 days and 7.5 days in the two groups.
