摘要
目的 探讨星形细胞瘤恶性转化与VEGF及Ki- 6 7的表达的关系。方法 采用免疫组化S -P法对 5 8例星形细胞瘤 (Ⅰ~Ⅳ级 )及 13例正常脑组织进行检测。结果 VEGF及Ki- 6 7的表达在不同级别星形细胞瘤间差异均有高度显著性 ,两者的表达强度均随着星形细胞瘤恶性程度的增高而增加 (P <0 0 1) ,VEGF的表达与微血管密度呈正相关 ,随着星形细胞瘤的发生发展微血管密度增加且形态发生变化 (P <0 0 1) ,而VEGF、Ki- 6 7在正常脑组织中均不表达。结论 VEGF及Ki- 6 7的高表达与星形细胞瘤恶性程度密切相关 ,VEGF及Ki- 6 7的检测结合微血管密度及形态改变有助于星形细胞瘤病理学分级的客观性。
Objective To explore the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and Ki-67, and the correlation with malignant transformation of astrocytoma.Metods Using immunohistochemical S-P method the VEGF and Ki-67 were detected in 58 cases of astrocytoma(Ⅰ-Ⅳ grade) and 13 cases of normal brain tissues.Results The expression of both VEGF and Ki-67 had high distinctively difference between different grading of the astrocytoma,and the intensity of the positivity was increased with progression of the malignant degree of the tumor (P<0.01).The expression of VEGF correlated to microvascular density.The density of microvessel was enhanced by the occurring and developing of astrotytoma ,and the morphological change of microvessel was also observed.No positive staining for VEGF and Ki-67 was detected in normal brain tissue.Conclusion The overexpression of VEGF and Ki-67 are closely associated with the malignant degree of the astrocytoma,also with the density and the morphological change of microvessel.
