慢性充血性心力衰竭过程中的肿瘤坏死因子及其受体

摘要 慢性充血性心力衰竭病人血清中TNF-α水平升高,当其≥10-8mol/L时,可能作为内分泌激素,通过与其受体(膜结合型及可溶型)结合,直接损伤心肌纤维,影响心肌细胞凋亡过程,引起或促进心功能不全的发生.TNF途径成为充血心衰发病机制中的新内容.可考虑应用TNF拮抗剂治疗心衰. The serum level of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) rises in patients with chronic congestive heart failure. When it is higher than or equal to 10 -8 mol/L, TNFα can act as an endocrine hormone, and by incorporating with its receptors(soluble type and memberance combining type), it can cause direct damage to myocardial fibrosis, influence the process of myocyto apoptosis and eventually precipitate or promote heart dysfunction to occur. TNF has been regarded as a new role in the mechanism of CHF, and anti TNF agents should be considered in the treatment of heart failure.
