哈尔滨市香坊红旗社区居民对现有社区卫生服务的利用及满意度研究

Study on utilization and satisfaction degree for existing community health services mode among inhabitants in Hongqi community

目的 了解需方对现有社区卫生服务的利用及满意度情况。方法 采用随机入户调查的方法 ,对哈尔滨市香坊红旗社区 2 2 8户居民进行一般情况、社区卫生服务利用情况、社区卫生服务满意度情况进行调查。结果 有72 4%的家庭接受过社区卫生服务 ;患病较轻时 ,选择就诊于社区卫生服务中心的为 42 5 % ;5 2 6%～ 68 0 %的家庭熟悉该中心提供的上门服务、预防接种、家庭访视、健康教育和慢性病管理 ;98 7%的家庭喜欢这样的社区卫生服务方式。结论 该社区居民能够较好地接纳现有的社区卫生服务模式 ,对社区卫生服务有较高的满意度。

Objective To know utilization and satisfaction degree for the need of existing community health services(CHS) mode.Methods 228 residents in Hongqi community of Harbin were selected by random sample.Its main content included general status,utilization of CHS and satisfaction degree of CHS.Results 65.8～72.4 percent of residents received CHS;when the disease was light,42.5% residents saw doctor in the CHS center.52.6%～68.0% residents knew the CHS center that provides home bed,vaccination,family visiting,health education and management of chronic diseases.98.7% residents liked this kind of CHS pattern.Conclusion The community inhabitants may accept existing CHS mode and have a better satisfaction degree to CHS center.It is suggested that medical insurance should be put in the CHS center.
