摘要 目的 :探讨二氧化硒对肺癌细胞株GLC - 82端粒酶活性的影响。方法 :用TRAP -PCR -ELISA法检测不同浓度 ( 3 ,10 ,3 0μmol·L-1)SeO2 作用不同时间后 ( 2 4、48and 72h)GLC - 82细胞端粒酶活性的变化。结果 :不同浓度SeO2 与GLC - 82细胞共育2 4、48和 72h时 ,即可明显抑制端粒酶活性 ,而且抑制作用呈明显的剂量依赖性 ( 3 ,10 ,3 0 μmol·L-1)和时间依赖性关系。结论 :SeO2 可明显抑制GLC - Objective:To observe the changes of telomerase activity in human lung carcinoma cell line GLC-82 treated by selenium dioxide (SeO 2).Methods:TRAP-PCR-ELISA was used to study the changes of telomerase activity in human pulmonary adenocarcinoma cell line GLC-82 treated by SeO 2 in different concentration (3,10,30 μmol·L -1) at different time( 24,48 and 72 h).Results:The telomerase activity of GLC-82 was inhibited by SeO 2 in different concentrationafter 24,48 and 72 hours and the inhibition effect depended on dose and time.Conclusion:SeO 2 may obviously inhibit telomerase activity in human lung carcinoma cell line GLC-82.
