股骨髁上交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折12例体会

Treatment of fracture of distal end of femor by intramedullary supracondylar nail

目的 总结使用股骨髁上交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折的体会。方法 应用股骨髁上交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折 12例 ,其中骨折切开复位置钉 7例、闭合复位置钉 5例。结果 12例经 5～ 2 0个月随访 ,均骨性愈合 ,膝关节功能良好 ,并发症少。结论 股骨髁上交锁髓内钉具有固定牢固、锁钉定位准确、操作简单等优点 。

Objective\ To sum up the experience of intramedullary supracondylar (IMSC) nail for the fracture of distal femor.Methods\ Twelve cases of fracture of distal femor were treated by using IMSC nail,7 with opened reduction and 5 with closed reduction.Results\ After following up the 12 patients for 5～20 months,all the fracture had sound union.The recovery of knee joint function was excellent.There were few complications. Conclusion \ IMSC nail has the advantages of solid fixation,accurate screw location,simple performance.It can be used successfully for fracture of distal femor .
