高血压病辨证分型与高血压病分级危险分层的关系

Relationship between the Syndrome Differentiation of Hypertensive Disease and Grade of Hypertension or Risk Stratification

基于西医辨病与中医辨证相结合 ,探讨高血压病辨证分型与高血压病分级、危险分层的关系 ,发现风阳上扰组舒张压较痰浊上蒙、气血亏虚、肝肾阴虚组高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而危险分层低于痰浊上蒙和肝肾阴虚组 (P <0 0 5 )。

Based on diagnosis and syndrome differentiation,to observe the relationship between the syndrome differentiation of hypertensive disease and grade of hypertension or risk stratification.We found that the diastolic pressure of hyperatctivity of the live yang group was higher than stagnation of phlegm in the brain group and deficiency of both qi and blood group and deficiency of liver yin and kindney yin group,but the grade of hypertension and risk stratification was lower than stagnation of phlegm in the brain group and deficiency of liver yin and kidney yin group.We suggested that a syndrome could manifest a height of the grade of hypertension and risk stratification of hypertensive disease.
