应用硼酸亲和色谱纯化云芝糖肽 ,最佳吸附条件为含 0 .4m ol/ L Na Cl的 0 .2 m ol/ L 磷酸盐缓冲液 (p H8.5 ) ,最佳洗脱条件为 0 .2 mol/ L 的硼酸溶液。纯化后 ,糖含量提高 6 6 % ,蛋白含量提高 2 .6 5倍 ,蛋白 -糖之比从 0 .31提高到 0 .6
The purification of polysaccharide peptide of Coriolus versicolor by borate affinity chromatography was introduced. The optimal adsorption condition was 0.2 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH8.5) containing 0.4 mol/L NaCl. The 0.2 mol/L boric acid was the most effective eluent. After purification, the contents of polysaccharide and protein were increased 66% and 2.65-fold, respectively. The protein-saccharide ratio was raised from 0.31 to 0.69.
