摘要
以青岛啤酒 (福州 )厂的啤酒废水为原水进行试验研究 .结果表明 ,当试验温度为 2 0 - 2 5℃ ,停留时间为 13h ,平均容积负荷为 3 .5kg(CODcr) m3·d时 ,UBF反应器对COD去除率平均为 75 % ,其中反应器上部弹性立体填料滤层对COD的去除率为 2 0 %左右 ,再加上混凝沉淀后处理可使整个工艺对COD的去除率达到90 %以上 .
The UBF-coagulation experiment was carried out with the wastewater from Qingdao Beer(Fuzhou) plant as the original water. The results of the experiment showed, when the temperature was 20-25?℃, the retention time was 13?h, the volume loading was 3.5?kg (COD cr ) /m 3·d, the UBF reactor had 80% COD removal efficiency, Elastic Packing Filter had 20% COD removal efficiency and the COD removal efficiency of the whole process was over 90%.
