摘要
目的 检测肺癌患者血清中微量元素的水平 ,并探讨对肺癌辅助诊断的临床价值。方法 采用原子吸收分光光度法及 72 1分光光度法同时测定血清样品中铜、锌、铁、镁及钙等 5种微量元素的含量。结果 肺癌组及肺良性疾病组患者血清铜含量和铜 锌比值均高于正常对照组 ,而锌、钙、镁含量均低于正常对照组 ,差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,而且肺癌组与肺良性疾病组血清铜、铁、钙及铜 锌比值相比差异也有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 测定肺癌患者血清中铜 锌比值和钙。
Objective To determine the levels of serum trace elements in patients with lung cancer, and study the clinic value in the assistant diagnosis. Methods The levels of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mg and Ca were detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometer and 721 spectrophotometer. Results The level of Cu and ratio of Cu/Zn in patients with lung cancer and with benign disease are significantly higher than that in controls, but the levels of Zn,Ca,Mg are obviously lower (P< 0.01 ). The levels of Cu,Fe,Ca,and Cu/Zn in patients with lung cancer are different from those in benign disease. Conclusion Determination of serum Cu/Zn,Ca and Mg in patients with lung cancer hasa referential value for assistant diagnosis in clinic.
