China's Entry into WTO and Strengthening Ability Building of Civil Servant in Ethnic Minority Regions

中国是个多民族的国家,由于地域和文化观念的原因。少数民族地区的发展较为落后,为了抓住入世所带来的机遇,加快少数民族地区的经济发展,加强少数民族地区公务员的能力建设更应引起我们的重视。

As China is a country of multi-nationals, the development of ethnic minority regions is comparatively backward due to their locations and the culture conceptions. In order to catch hold of the opportunity of accession to the WTO and expedite the economic development of ethnic minority regions,we should give even more attention to strengthen the ability building of civil servant in ethnic minority regions.
