枸橼酸西地那非片对不孕妇女子宫和卵巢动脉血流的影响

The influence of sildenafil citrate tablets(viagra) on the ovarian and uterine artery blood flow in the infertile women

目的:观察枸橼酸西地那非片(VIAGRA)对不孕妇女子宫和卵巢动脉血流的影响。方法:通过腹部彩色多普勒对36例人工授精患者口服枸橼酸西地那非片前后子宫和卵巢动脉的搏动指数(PI)及阻力指数(RI)进行检测,同时检测子宫内膜的变化情况。结果:枸橼酸西地那非片显著地降低子宫和卵巢动脉的PI和RI(P值均<0.05)。结论:枸橼酸西地那非片能有效地改善子宫和卵巢的血供。

Objective:To observe the influence of sidenafil citrate on the ovarian and uterine artery blood flow in the infertile women. Methuds:In the cases of IUI changes of the ovarian and uterine artery s pulsatility index(PI) and resistance index(RI) ,were observed using transabdominal color Doppler flow image before and after treatment with sidenafil citrate (Viagra) .The PI and RI were inspected and the uterine endometrial development was examined simultaneously. Results: The PI and RI of the ovarian and uterine artery blood flow was decreased significantly by sidenafil citrate (P<0.05). Conclusion :Sidenafil citrate can effectively decrease the blood supply of the ovary and uterus.
