摘要
目的:建立测定朱砂莲胶囊中马兜铃酸A的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(79:29:1);检测波长:315nm;流速:1.0ml/min。结果:马兜铃酸A的加样回收率平均为98.34%,RSD为0.04%(n=5)。结论:该方法准确,灵敏度高,重现性好。
Objective: To determine the contents of aristolochic acid A in Zhushalian capsules. Methods : Column hypersil C18 (250mm × 4.6mm,5μm). Mobile phase:Solution of methanol - water - glacial acetic acid (79 : 29 : 1). Detection wavelength: 315nm. Flow rate: 1.0ml/min. Results: Aristolochic acid A was completely separated and no interference was found. The recovery rate was 98. 34 % . RSD was 0.04 % ( n = 5 ) . Conclusion : This method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reliable.
