羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉

Amniotic membrane transplantation for treating pterygium

目的 观察羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效 ,探讨羊膜移植是否可替代结膜移植治疗翼状胬肉。方法 对 44例44眼翼状胬肉行胬肉切除 ,2 6眼行羊膜移植 ,18眼行结膜移植。术后定期随访 ,观察疗效和眼表情况。结果 羊膜移植组平均随访 2 8月 ,手术成功率 84.6% ;结膜移植组平均随访 15 .8月 ,手术成功率 83 .3 % .

Objective To observe the efficacy of amniotic membrane transplantation(AMT) in the treatment of pterygium and to study whether MAT can be used as alternative to conjunctival autograft(CA) after pterygium excision. Methods AMT was performed in 26 pterygium patients and CA was adopted in 18 pterygium patients. The efficacy and final appearance were observed after surgery. Results During mean follow up period of 28 months, the successful rate of AMT group was 84.6%; but the successful rate of CA group was 83.3% whose mean follow up period was 15.8 months. Conclusion AMT can be used as an alternative to CA in the treatment of pterygium.
