摘要 纤维化是许多眼科手术失败的主要原因之一 ,应用抗纤维化药物能提高手术的成功率。如 :5 -氟尿嘧啶、丝裂霉素 C、组织型纤溶酶原激活剂等已用于实验和临床研究 ,本文重点提出转化生长因子 - β抑制剂核心蛋白多糖 (Decorin) Ocular surgery usually fails resulted from postoperative fibrosis. Application of anti fibrosis drugs can improve the successful rate. Such as 5 fluorouracil,Mitomycin C and tissue plasminogen activator have been used experimentally and clinically for ocular surgery, especially, Decorin(inhibitor of transforming growth factor β) may become the anti fibrosis drug in the future.
