重度先天性下睑内翻并倒向型内眦赘皮的手术治疗

Surgical treatment of severe congenital entropion in lower eyelid with inverse epicanthus

目的 探索一种简便而有效的矫治重度先天性下睑内翻并倒向型内眦赘皮的手术方法。方法 采用内眦角重建、鼻侧腱膜固定法联合下睑缝线结扎法治疗 38例 ,其中 8例系曾行单纯下睑内翻矫正术术后复发者 ,10例与重睑术同时进行。结果 术后随访 3～ 6个月 ,所有患者下睑内翻及内眦赘皮矫正满意 ,取得较好的美容效果。结论 联合手术的方法简便有效 ,术后瘢痕不明显 ,提高了重度先天性下睑内翻的矫治疗效 。

Objective To explore a simple and effective surgical method for correction of severe congenital entropion in lower eyelid with inverse epicanthus. Methods 38 patients were operated on by the'combined operation' which involves the following procedures: reconstruction of inner canthus, fixation of new inner canthus on the lateral nasal aponeurosis and correction of entropion in lower eyelid with the'suturing method', 8 of 38 patients had their deformity recurred after a previous simple correcting operation for entropion and 10 were accompanied with simutaneous double-upper-eyelid operation. Results The postoperative follow-up of 3～6 months showed that the cosmetic result and the modifying effect were satisfactory in all cases. Conclusion This method is simple and effective. It has minimal postoperative scar and improves the therapeutic effect of severe congenital entropion in lower eyelid. In all the patients postoperative recurrence seemed unlikely.
