评《说部论稿》

On Manuscripts of Comments on Fiction

本文对赵维国《说部论稿》中《鲁迅的小说史研究与小说史研究体系的构建》等论文发表了评论,并作了补述和分析,其中叙介了施蛰存回应日本学者增田涉质疑《中国小说史略》有关"话本"的解释,认为鲁迅将"话本"定义为"说话的人的底本"并没有错,还谈及学术评论应从实际出发,不应从批评概念出发,应当重视考据文章的学术价值。

This paper comments on some articles in Mr Zhao Weiguo's book Manuscripts of Comments on Fiction and makes some analyses and supplementary statements. The author believes Luxun's definition of huaben as the original material for the speaker to rely on is correct and that academic review should start from real circumstance, not from critical concepts. 
