建立用高效液相色谱法检测复方双嘧达莫片中阿斯匹林与双嘧达莫的含量测定方法。ODSC18为固定相。 0 1%磷酸氢二钠溶液 (用磷酸调至pH4 6)—甲醇 (18∶82 )为流动相。UV检测波长为 2 4 0nm。回收率为阿斯匹林 99 86% ,RSD =1 4 6% (n =5 ) ;双嘧达莫 10 0 1% ,RSD =0 68% (n =5 )。方法简便、快速。

To establish a method for the determination of aspirin and dipyridamole in compound dipyridamole tablets. The chromatographic system consists of C 18 column and mobile phase of methanol-0.1% sodium dihydrogen phosphate (adjust pH to 4.6 by phosphoric acid) (82∶18). Detection wavelength was 240nm. The average recovery of aspirin and dipyridamole were 90.86% and 100.1% respectively. The method was simple and accurate.
