摘要
本文采用薄层扫描法 ,以正己烷 -醋酸乙酯 -甲酸 (30∶10∶0 5 )为展开剂 ,测定波长为 4 4 5nm ,参比波长为 70 0nm ,测定何首乌中大黄素的含量 ,结果表明 ,大黄素在 0 10 84 μg～ 1 0 84 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 9992 ,加样回收率为 97 3% ,RSD为 1 0 % (n =5 )。本法简便。
A TLCS method was established to determine emodin in Tianmashouwu tablets. Developer was n-hexane-ethyl acetate-formic acid (30∶10∶0.5). Detection wavelength was 445nm and reference wavelength was 700nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.1084～1.084μg, correlation coefficient r=0.9992, the average recovery was 97.3%, and the RSD=1.0%(n=5). The method is simple, relative rapid and reproducible.
