司马氏灭蜀 ,为巩固统一 ,强行迁移蜀汉政权之侨寓大臣将领子孙至中土 ,使其社会地位急剧下降 ,后来虽任用诸葛亮后代 ,应景而已。对蜀地土著士人 ,晋廷有所优遇 ,多加征召 ,但入洛之蜀士颇遭北人歧视 ,朝中无援 ,仕途不畅 。

After they overwhelmed Shu,the Sima's transferred the descendants of Shu Han ministers who lived away from hometowns to the central plains by force,resulting in persecutions to them out of very low social positions.Though the descendants of the Zhuge's were endowed with some appointments,it was only done for the sake of formality.The imperial government of Jin assigned the native people of Shu to important positions and gave preferential treatment to them,while severe prejudice was cast onto the immigrants of Shu in Luoyang.Lack of favor from the government together with inequality in social status brought a lot of humiliations and prejudices to them and put them in far worse conditions than their fathers in Han Dynasty.
