基于SEEM的经济增长与剩余均衡决策

Equilibrium Decision-making of Economic Increase and Surplus Basing on SEEM

在社会经济发动机模型(SEEM)的基础上,提出了经济主体对于经济增长速度和经济剩余的效用函数;根据SEEM特性曲线和由效用函数得到的无差异曲线,提出了用于决策的无差异曲线法和拉格朗日乘数法,并据此得到了最优的经济增长速度和经济剩余组合决策;然后分析了不同效用函数和两种剩余模式对决策的影响;最后通过一个应用实例说明了均衡决策过程。

On the basis of Social Economic Engine Model (SEEM), this paper proposes the utility function of e-conomic unit regarding to the speed of economic increase and surplus first. Second, this paper proposes two kinds of decision-making methods, non-difference curve methods and Lagrange multiplier methods. The optimal decision of speed of economic increase and surplus is made in terms of SEEM curve and Non-difference curve. Third, this paper analyzes the effect of different utility function and two kinds of surplus modes to the decision- making. Finally, the procedure of decision-making of the balance is demonstrated through an application example.
