以网络化、数字化等技术为主要特征的现代信息服务业,能否利用新的服务模式在信息市场竞争中发挥其优势?本文提出了与市场行为方式和信息服务活动相吻合的四项措施。
This article discusses the library and information institution how to use the advantages of modem information service industry in the environment of information market competition which appears the digitalization or network characteristics, then put foreword fourth basic service principle in order to adapt to modern information market behavior.
