摘要
利用摩擦和光控取向技术在基板上分别做成聚酰亚胺(PI)取向膜。由Cano盒测试方位锚定能的原理,测试了在不同温度下摩擦处理的膜和光控取向膜方位锚定能的变化,发现光控取向膜的方位锚定能随温度变化较为敏感,但主要问题还是锚定强度弱,讨论了改善光控取向膜锚定强度的方法。
Using polyimide (PI) photoaligned film, the azimuthal anchoring energy of the liquid crystals was measured by using Cano wedge cell method, on the order of 10-5J/m2. Comparing with rubbing PI, the azimuthal anchoring energy was sensitive to dealing temperature. However the most importance is that the photoaligned PI film has a weak anchoring strength. The orientational orders ofdifferent materials were calculated by polarized FTIR spectra.The conclusion is that the low orientational order caused the weak anchoring energy.
