进展期胰腺癌30例的临床分析

Clinical analysis of advancing carcinoma of pancreas in 30 cases.

目的 :分析和探讨进展期胰腺癌的病理学特点、生物学特性、临床表现与病理联系的综合性治疗。方法 :对我院1980年～2000年的30例进展期胰腺癌病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析 ,并结合文献进行讨论。结果 :本组病人均给予手术治疗 ,并经术后病理切片证实 ;病史平均4个月 ,生存期平均3～6个月 ;外科手术治疗方式主要施行胆总管空肠Rouxe_en_y吻合术 ,胃 -空肠吻合术等。结论 :早期诊断及外科手术根治性切除是延长病人生存期的根本途径 。

Objective:To analyze and investigate the Characteristic of advancing Carcinoma of pancreas in pathology,biology clinical manifestation involved in pathology and general therapy.Methods:To combine together with documents and reinvestigate the clinical date of30cases advancing cancers of pancreas in our hospital from1980～2000.Results:All patients had been operated and proved by biopsy;the average history was4months;the average of survival period was3～6months;the means of surgical therapy were choledochojejunostomy,gastroycjunostomy and so on.Conclusion:Earlier diagnosis and radial operation are the basic ways to prolonged the survival period of the patients.General therapy can improve the life gravity.
