摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳 ,对葫芦巴进行了过氧化物酶 (peroxidase简称POD酶 )同工酶酶谱分析。结果表明 :不同品种葫芦巴POD同工酶存在差异较小 ,但随着生长的进程 ,各器官的POD酶同工酶变化显著 ,以根的酶带数目及酶活性较稳定 。
