摘要
随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术因其检测效率高、简便、灵敏等特点 ,近年来 ,被广泛应用于昆虫系统学研究中。作者通过对国内外十多年来的相关资料进行整理 ,对鞘翅目昆虫的RAPD研究进行综述。表明在鞘翅目中 ,利用RAPD进行过研究的科级单元在国外有步甲科、象甲科等 7个科 ,涉及上百种昆虫 ;而国内仅对 3科的少数种类进行过研究。研究内容包括近缘种的分类、不同地理种群的起源和演化。
