摘要
应用日立—835氨基酸自动分析仪及Mark—Ⅱ800系列等离子体光量计,测出鹿胆汁中含有水解氨基酸17种,微量元素15种,其中含人体必需氨基酸9种,人体必需微量元素7种。
Seventeen kinds of amino acids and fifteen kinds of trace elements in
deer bile are determined by using Hitachi-835 Amino Acid Analyzer and the Mark-Ⅱ 800 emitted spectrum of plasma. There are nine kinds of amino acids which are necessary for human body and seven trace elements being also necessary for human body.
