摘要
ZA27挤压铸造工艺与其力学性能的关系非常复杂,一般的方法很难得到反映两者关系的满意模型,本文采用人工神经网络建立铸造锌铝合金ZA27力学性能与铸造工艺参数关系模型,为进一步研究工艺参数对其力学性能的影响规律,研究工艺的优化设计提供理论依据和必要的数学手段。
It is difficult to get the approve of model of ZA27 mechanic property and casting technic with common methods, as the relationsheep between them is very complex. The model of ZA27 mechanic property and casting technic was setup with artificial neural network in this paper, Which provides theoretics foundation and necessary mathmatics means for further study on effect rule of ZA27 extrusion casting technic on mechanical property and for the optimizing of casting technology.
