酯硬化碱性酚醛树脂有下列优点:型砂质量易控制;硬化后起模,保证铸件的尺寸精度;型砂高温韧性好,砂眼缺陷少;钢液在型腔中降温缓慢,有利于薄壁铸件提高质量;浇注时,型腔中气体为还原性气体,高温钢液不易氧化,克服了由氧化膜而引起的表面皱纹缺陷。

Ester cured alkaline phenol resin has merits as follows: easy control of molding sand quality, castings dimension accuracy assurance via stripping after having cured, good heat toughness and short of blowhole, slow temperature lowering of steel melt in cavity useful for increasing qualily of thin wall castings, heat steel melt not apt to be oxidized in reduction atmosphere hence avoiding surficial wrinkle caused by oxide film.
