型砂质量在线检测与控制系统的开发与应用

Green Sand Quality On-line Test and Control System

本文结合生产实际,将智能控制系统的原理和设计方法应用于型砂在线控制系统的设计,设计了一套完整的型砂质量智能控制系统。该系统利用在线检测装置控制型砂的紧实率,结合一套在线的基于预防性控制理论的物料补加系统,使在线检测技术建立在系统组分平衡的基础上,保证了系统的稳定,为以混砂机为中心的型砂质量控制系统的设计提供了一个完整的样板。

An intelligent control system of green sand quality has been designed and applicated in a sand preparation plant. An experl control algorithm has been used in the system. It consists of an on-line testing unit and a preventive sand control unit. The former tests the compactability and green compressive strength, and the latter utilizes the dosing and preventive sand control. It provides a prototype with intelligent green sand quality control system.
