摘要
通过对高压外绝缘材料故障机理的分析,提出了绝缘诊断型保护的概念,并对绝缘诊断型保护的内涵进行了较详细的解释和分析,阐述了其主要研究内容。
A concept of the diagnosis based insulation protection is put forward after analysing the deteriorated mechanism of the outdoor insulation material.The connotation of the diagnosis based insulation protection is explained and analyzed in detail,and the primary research matter is set forth also.
