摘要
教育实习是高师学生获得为师从教的实际能力与全面提高综合素质的一个重要途径。构建高师学生实习成绩评价指标体系,设计合理、科学的评价方案是为了从量化的角度更全面、公正地对学生实习成绩进行评价,从而提高教育实习评分的可信度,真正提高教育实习质量。
Teaching practise provides an important channel for the all - round development of the comprehensive competence of students of teachers colleges .It is, therefore, essential to construct an index system, reasonable design and scientific evaluation plan so that a comprehensive evaluation is carried out on the basis of quantity in order to enhance the reliability of the evaluation.
