目的 比较事件相关电位(ERP)技术中的P300值与CT对急性缺血性脑卒中(AICA)患者认知功能的预测价值。方法 所有患者均在急性期做P300与CT检测,并用量表做动态随访。结果P300、CT均是评估AICA患者认知预后的较好指标,多元回归分析表明,评估认知预后的指标依次是P300、病灶个数、病灶部位。结论P300较CT更能反映AICA患者的认知预后。

Objective To expolore the vaule of P300 and CT in evaluating the prognosis of cogntive function in patients with acute ischemic cerebrl apoplexy( AICA) .Methods 60 patients with AICA were prospectively studied.P300 and CT were done in acute stage, the cognitive funtion as traced by using MMSE and HDS. Results Seemed to be good indexis of evaluating the prognosis of the patients with AICA, however, stepise miltiple regression were P300,temporal infarct,infarct number.Conclusion P300 be much more sensitive than CT.
