摘要
建立了一种用于磺胺类药品检测的流动注射(FIA)-分光光度法。该方法是基于磺胺甲基异唑(SMZ)在适当的酸度条件下与对二甲胺基苯甲醛反应生成黄色的席夫碱,利用其在450nm处有强吸收来确定SMZ的含量,同时采用计算机辅助改良型单纯形优化法对系统和化学影响因素进行了优化。结果表明,SMZ的浓度在1~11μg/mL范围内呈线性,采样频率60次/h,RSD=0.11%,ε=1.06×104L/mol·cm,回收率为98%~104%。该方法用于SMZ片剂浓度检测,结果满意。
A flow injection spectrophotometric method for the determination of the sulfamethoxazolum in drug formulators was developed.It is based on the SMZ with pDimethylaminobenzaldehyde which was reacted to produce an yellow schiff base in concentrated hydrochloride acid medium,λmax is at 450nm.The linear range of concentration on SMZ is 1~11 μg/mL.A sampling frequency of 60/h was attained,RSD=0.11%,ε=1.06×104 L/mol·cm.The recovery is 98%~104%.The method was successfully applied to the determination of sulfamethoxazolum in tablets.
