摘要
讨论了膨润土的改性方法。通过比表面积测定、DTA差热分析、X衍射分析、元素测定等实验,探讨了膨润土的结构与改性机理。结果表明,酸活化膨润土对造纸浆料没有助留助滤作用;高温焙烧膨润土有一定的助留助滤作用,特别是在焙烧温度400℃时效果更明显;无机盐改性膨润土使杂质得到有效去除,膨润土得到活化,在水中充分膨胀,产生较大的比表面积,具有良好的助留助滤作用,可作为造纸用助留助滤剂。
Several kinds of bentonite modification methods were investigated by using the instruments such as X-ray,Different Temperature Analyzer,Specific Surface Area Analyzer etc.The retention and drainage effects of the modified bentonite were characterized by fines retention and freeness respectively.Bentonite treated with acid had no retention and drainage improvement effects.Burned bentonite had some effects especially when treated for2h at the temperature400℃.Bentonite modified with the mixture of NaOH and an organic salt greatly improved the retention and drainage of the furnish.Therefore,it was a good modification method.
