摘要
分子识别引导着所有生理过程中大分子间的选择性相互作用。分子识别材料由原来的天然化合物逐步向仿生聚合物等人工受体化合物发展。分子识别应用于亲和色谱、固相萃取、膜分离技术极大地促进了分离效率的提高和一些复杂物质的拆分。目前,分子识别进一步被用于临床药物分析、模拟酶催化以及化学仿生传感器,为定性分离和设计提供更多的信息,也为加速分子发现提供潜能。
Molecular recognition leads the selective interaction between biomoleculars in all physiological process.Materials of molecular recognition has developed from natural chemical compounds to synthetic receptors such as polymers.The application of molecular recognition in affinity chromatography,solid extraction,membrane separation technology raises the separation efficiency and separates those optical isomeric compounds.At present,molecular recognition is used extensively in clinical medicine analyse,analogy enzyme catalysis and chemically biomimetic sensors,which provide more information into design for separation and potenciency for molecular occurrence.
