摘要
以花生和沙棘汁为主要原料,研究了保健型沙棘花生乳的制作工艺。采用正交试验方法,确定最佳工艺参数。该产品具有较高营养价值。
Sea buckthorns juice and peanut are used as the main raw material. The processing technology of Sea buckthorns milk was studied. The optimum technics parameters are determined by the orthogonal test.The sea buckthorns milk is up to the standardand and possesses very nutritive value.
