植酸是一种用途广泛的食品、医药、化工原料,在前人工作的基础上完整介绍了植酸含量以及无机磷、氯化物、硫酸盐、钙盐、砷和重金属等杂质含量的测定方法。
Phytic acid is a kind of material with widely used in food,medicine,chemical industry and so on. In this article the quantitative method for phytic acid, inorganic phosphor,chloride,sulfate,calcium,arsenic and heavy metal were developed based on predecessors'research.
