摘要
A new method, direct solid sampling graphite furnace AAS analysis, is introduced into real sample analysis. The determination of P in impregnated cotton and yarn (90 % cotton 10 % polyester) has been investigated as an example with the instrument of AAS vario 6, Analytik Jena AG. The RSD for 5 duplicates was between 2.3%~7.4%, comparable with liquid sampling graphite furnace AAS analysis. Direct solid sampling analysis can save a lot of work for sample processing, has benefits to avoid dilution and external contamination.
