摘要
运用机械故障诊断学的理论知识 ,借助DM 2 0 0 0压缩机故障监测系统 ,采集大量机组振动信息 ,并提取特征量 ,成功地诊断出主空压机驱动汽轮机轴振动高故障原因为轴承间隙过大 ,轴承壳体紧力不足。该诊断案例对各种汽轮机压缩机组的同类轴承故障具有启发。
Using theory of machinery failure diagnosis and with the help of DM2000 compressor failure monitoring system,collecting lots of train vibration information and picking up characteristic amount,we have diagnosed successfully the failure reasons of the high shaft viration of MAC driven turbine is excessive bearing clearance and weak tightening of the bearing housing.The diagnosis case can be applied to the similar bearing failure of all compressor trains.
