摘要
在中国建设部的支持下,中美注册规划师就山东省日照市万平口地区概念性规划设计进行设计理念、构想及原则方面的交流交流和讨论。反映中美规划在文化上的差异:两国在规划理念和决策程序上的不同,其根本是在市场经济下规划工作的出发点,是以“效率”第一,还是以“公平”第一的分歧,同时总结出在交流费用、成果和地点方面存在的问题。
Under the auspices of the Ministry of Construction,Chinese and American registered planners,upon the conceptual planning of adistrict in Rizhao,a city in Shandong Province,meet and discuss planning ideas,principles and cognition. The discussion reflects the culturaldifferences,and it is known that the fundamental issues in differences are that whether the starting point is efficiency or equity. Problems ofexchanges fees,exchange fruits and exchange place are summarized.[
