海口市3000例婴儿体格生长监测分析

Analysis of physical growth from 3000 infants in Haikou city

目的 监测分析海口市婴儿体格发育倾向。方法 对 1996年 6月至 2 0 0 1年 12月本院出生正常新生儿 3 0 0 0例建立系统管理资料 ,纵向监测 1年 ,与本地区 1987年正常婴儿发育衡量数字比较。结果 本市婴儿体重、身长、头围值均高于 1987年正常婴儿发育衡量数字。与 1995年中国九市城郊 7岁以下儿童体格发育值比较 ,除男女 3月龄身长值外 ,余均低于九市儿童正常发育值 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1)。结论 婴儿体格生长最快时期在出生后 3月及 12月 ,3月龄是婴儿生长发育的第一关键期 ,12月龄为婴儿生长发育的第二关键期。

Objective To analyse the infant physical growth tendency in Haikou city.Methods Systematical management data of 3000 babies bron from June,1996 to December,2001 in the affiliated hospital of Hainan Medical College were longitudinal studied for a year and compared with the usual infant physical growth data collected in 1987 in Haikou city.Results The data of the infant weight,hight and head circumference were higher than those of the usual infant physical growth deta collected in 1987.Comparing with the children physical growth under 7-year-old of nine cities,the city children usual physical growth were lower than that of the children in nine cities(P<0.05～0.01),except for the hight of 3-month-old infants.Conclusion The infant fastest growth period are the first 3 months and 12 months after born.The first 3 months is the first important period of the growth and the first 12 months follows.
