种子在吸孔气流作用下受力的数学模型及其试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文着重研究气吸式排种器吸种过程中种子上受力的变化与吸孔距离的关系。通过流场的复势概念推导出种子受力的数学模型;利用相似模型试验方法测得了种子距吸孔间距离和种子在气流作用下所受力之间的关系。理论计算结果与实测结果基本一致,可供有关研究者参考。 This paper deals with the relation between the distance of seeds from the suction holes and changes of force applied to seeds in the process of suction based on the pneumatic seedmetering device. The mathematical model of forced seeds was derived from flow field complex potential conception. The relation between the distance of seeds from suction holes and changes of force applied to seeds was measured by similar model method. Compared with tested result, the results simulated by the model fit well and can be used as a reference for the researchers concerned.
