摘要
结合学校实际,提出了量化考核的目的、原则、标准和具体测评方法。实践证明,工作量量化考核实施细则基本可行,具备可操作性,与教师、行政、科研系列的考核办法具有可比性,又有自身的独立性,考核结果能反映实验技术人员的工作实绩,在实验技术人员中起到了积极的作用,并取得了明显的成效。
The purpose, principle, criterion and evaluating method of the workload quantification assessing were presented, according to the practice in our university. It is proved that the implementation regulations of workload quantification assessing are feasible, and the evaluating method is comparable with that for teachers, administrators and scientific researchers. The practice indicates that the new method has a positive and obvious effect on the experiment technicians.
