摘要
依据实验教师与理论课教师的工作性质的不同,提出了把实验教师教学质量评价体系从一般教师教学质量的评价体系中分离出来的设想,通过调查,分析研究,设计出独立的比较适合于实验教师的教学质量评价体系,能更准确的反映实验教师的教学质量,有效地促进实验教学质量的提高。
This paper, based on the different characteristics between experimental teachers and the unexperimental ones, put forward a proposal that the teaching quality appraisal system for experimental teachers should be separated from that for the other teachers, and it designed tentatively an independent appraisal system through investigation, analysis and study, which can reflect more directly the teaching quality of the former ones, thus pressing ahead with further advancement of experimental teaching.
