摘要
企业法律顾问制度是企业的一项重要管理制度 ,是现代企业制度的有机组成部分。在企业设立法律事务机构、配备企业法律顾问和总法律顾问是发达市场经济国家企业的通行作法。我国加入世贸组织后 ,国内企业被置于与国外企业平等竞争的法律环境 ,涉及的法律事务将大量增加 ,运用法律手段有效防范和化解经营风险 ,己成为我国企业提高市场竞争力的重要前提。
