我国职业教育发展的问题与对策

On the Issues and Countermeasures of the Development of Vocational Education in China

纵观 194 9- 1999年我国职业教育的发展历程及其趋势 ,存在的主要问题是 :与发达国家比较 ,我国职业教育的数量还严重不足 ,大多数人的职业教育时间太短 ;同时 ,我国职业教育还存在规范不足、法规不足、经费太少等问题 ;针对这些问题 ,应采取以下对策加以解决 :(1)提高职业教育的数量和质量 ;(2 )延长职业教育时间 ;(3)加强规范和法制 ;(4)

Surveying the development and trend of vocational education in China during 1949-1999, and comparing with the industry countries, the main issues of vocational education in China are the seriously less of quantity; the time of most people's vocational education is too short; relative regulations and acts are not enough and short of financial resources. So, the author points out that the countermeasures should be as bellows: 1. Develop the quantity of vocational education and lift its quality. 2. Extend the time of vocational education. 3. Strengthen relative regulations and acts. 4. Increase the budget for vocational education.
