Attach Importance to System Innovation For the Need of Party Conduct Building under New Circumstances

党的建设是中国共产党的三大法宝之一 ,党的作风建设是其中的重要内容 ,中国共产党一贯高度重视作风建设。搞好作风建设有两条重要途径 ,一是教育 ,二是制度。在新世纪、新形势下 ,注重制度创新 。

Party building is one of the three magic weapons of Chinese Communist Party, of which party conduct building is an important part. The Communist Party has been attaching great importance to conduct building. There are two ways for conduct building, i.e. education and system. Under the new circumstances in the new century, to pay more attention to system innovation is of more pertinence to party conduct building.
